Zero on maintenance, high on design
When you meet a client who has a clear vision about his home and is absolutely sure what he wants, winning this client becomes a challenge that only helps you learn. Mr. Manoj Shah was a client who was stickler when it came to details. A business man, who knew how he wanted to invest in his home. He wanted a home that is attractive but zero maintenance which is a designer’s adventure. So we took this adventure and how!
Mr. Manoj Shah – A person difficult to convince, but once sure and confident will let you be.
An aesthetically splendid home which is made on a tight budget and is zero maintenance.
1250 sq. ft. [3 Bedrooms, 3 washroom, 1 kitchen and Living area.]
We chose the modern-cut route as this style ensure zero maintenance.
A practical and straight forward always requires a practical solution for his home. We studied his needs and then explored the materials and concepts that would serve every expectation. We finalized on a design and got the budget approved. We did an extensive material study to ensure that the budget parameter isn’t disturbed. We also worked with the vendors suggested by the clients and procured materials from his contacts.
On the design and execution front we optimally utilized every inch of the house.
The core challenges were conceptualizing a design that fits the budget too. Selecting materials. Facing time lapses due to some legal issues the building was undergoing and yet achieving the timeline.
The client and his family both were overwhelmed with the home. And the house was appreciated by the guests who visited them during the house warming party.
